STRENGTH

Strength is the capacity
to break a chocolate bar
into
four pieces
with your bare hands-
^
^
^
^
^
^
and then eat just one of the pieces.

a simple but fine example of urge, allurement .....and the will to stop short of them. a good moral if someone wants to inculcate and adopt.

Yeah Sidhu, It comes from within the mind, Manisha I think Sidhu answers your question.
Sukh, this post was for you and me and Gunna and everybody else who wants to lose weight. It was only to remind ourselves that we can still do that.
Gunna, I know how it feels and how one feels when your spirit beats your body. Its tough but its real fun. I have felt it at leats 4 days a week in the gym.
